The Diversity Dialogues©

The Diversity Dialogues© is a series of monologues woven from interviews with working professionals, sharing their real lived experience of diversity and inclusion. Using our interviewees’ words and performed by our professional actors, these moving pieces spark discussion at workshops and events.

Each monologue lasts about five minutes and works effectively as a catalyst in programmes on inclusive leadership, workplace allyship, or to galvanise the development of inclusive policies, processes and people that help employers win the war for talent.

Our expanding library of monologues covers:

• Mental health
• Emotional well-being
• Chronic illness
• Non-traditional families
• Race
• Disability
• Carer responsibilities
• Same-sex relationships
• Transgender in the workplace
• Neurodiversity
• #MeToo
• Menstruation, Maternity & Menopause

Available in high-tech and high-touch formats, The Diversity Dialogues© can be delivered as live performance (virtual and in-person), or as pre-recorded video.
