Our Team
The Dramatic Difference cast includes Asia’s most capable and energising executive coaches, facilitators, learning designers and theatre-makers. We’re certified, experienced and creative. We're diverse across gender, ethnicity, professional skills and personal lives. Multi-cultural and multi-lingual, we thrive on integrating ideas to design practical, impactful and sustainable experiential learning. The bedrock of our work is passion for understanding what makes people tick. Sally Dellow
Managing Director, Hong Kong
Sally is an executive coach and facilitator (and an actor, playwright and published poet) with over 30 years global experience. A specialist in leadership coaching and team development, Sally is an active thought partner with thousands of hours of coaching up to C-suite/Board level. A third-culture adult herself, she specialises in intercultural leadership and teams.
Harry Marshall
Managing Director, Singapore
As a facilitator and coach, Harry specialises in leadership transitions and career coaching. He works supporting leadership and functional teams across APAC, drawing on his operational and commercial background developing and servicing complex client accounts. Since 1995, he has lived & worked in Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines and has extensive commercial experience.
Katherine Sum
Director of Client Service, Hong Kong
Katherine is both a skilled facilitator and a specialist in L&D support and business operations. Formerly Director of Marketing and Communications for the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Hong Kong, she specialises in Process Facilitation, Facilitation Training and Lego® Serious Play®. She values her reputation for connecting deeply in the service of excellent client outcomes.
Jason Yew
Client Partner - Design & Delivery, Singapore
A proponent of lifelong learning for adults, Jason holds a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and is a certified Lego® Serious Play® and Bikablo® facilitator. He has brought these and other techniques to his insightful process design work on strategic management, team development, and personal effectiveness in China, India, Canada and Singapore.
