Executive Coaching

As mature coaching practitioners, we’ve learned to do what works. Rather than being wedded to a single coaching model, style or school, we tailor our work to each coachee using an extensive toolkit built through years of practical experience, focused study and pragmatic adaptation. Based in-country throughout the Asia-Pacific region we offer both face-to-face and telephone or virtual coaching. Client relationships are managed from our two home bases of Hong Kong and Singapore. What is Executive Coaching?[click]

Executive Coaching is a structured, collaborative and action-oriented conversation in the service of the coachee’s goals. The coaching relationship is framed by adult learning principles and involves:

  • Building trust and setting goals
  • Exploring options for sustainable change
  • Challenging thinking for learning and ‘unlearning’
  • Supporting reflection for insight
  • Gaining commitment for action
  • Providing support and accountability for continued growth

Whether with individuals, or teams, we take a strengths-based approach to coaching. This is informed by our interest in the field of positive psychology.
