Diversity & Inclusion

Diversity is all around the regional and multi-national organisations that we work with. It still needs shaping and extending, but its existence is a given. The principal workplace challenge is enabling real inclusion.

Our work in the Inclusion & Diversity space covers the myriad manifestations of unconscious bias, the exploration of cross-cultural best practices, and the development of each person’s capacity to spot and develop their own and other’s strengths – no matter how different. This is an area where we have applied theatre-led learning, intact team facilitation and individual coaching to great effect.

Whatever your organisation’s challenges in this arena, our approach will be reflective, creative and practical. Simply put, we focus on real-world challenges, help people talk about what is really going on – and how they think and feel –  to help deliver on the full potential of inclusive work practices. We’ve addressed applications such as managing virtual meetings, managing cross-cultural teams, interviewing and selecting candidates, customer experience, selling across borders and having breakthrough dialogue with our closest colleagues. It’s about helping people connect and communicate effectively in each moment, as complete individuals – beyond bias, first impressions and legacy reputation.
